Linda D. Heise, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who worked with Ocala Psychiatric Associates for over 20 years with a background in individual counseling (adult and adolescent) as well as couples and family counseling. She also has experience and additional training in sexual abuse, domestic violence, developmental disorders, communication and codependency issues as well as grief counseling. She has previously been employed by the University of Florida as a professional Parent Educator for the Child Abuse Prevention Project and Clinical Coordinator for the Child Protection Team serving Marion, Lake, Citrus and Levy county regions. Ms. Heise also served on the Board of Directors for the Professional Counseling Center in Ocala, Fl. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with Highest Honors and completed her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Stetson University.
